The Associate Sourcing Manager will provide sourcing and operational support across all aspects of the product life cycle from initial design to delivery. This person will play the part of an important liaison while managing day to day communication between the agents/vendors and merchandising team and cross-functional partners within the company.

Under minimal supervision, the Merchandise Planner will create and manage department/class sales, inventory, and profit plans for assigned departments.   This position will effectively analyze and identify business risk and opportunities and partner with merchandising team to propose solutions based on this analysis in order to achieve and exceed the organization’s financial goals.

Manage and work alongside a team of channel marketing and lifecycle managers to send daily deal campaigns and lifecycle campaigns across push, SMS, email, in-app messages, and on-site banners
