The Order Picker/Packer position is an hourly position reporting to a Supervisor. This position promotes a “team” approach by cooperating with other fulfillment staff to ensure customer orders are packed and shipped within established department timetables. Maintains a safe working environment by adhering to EHS practices, policies and procedures.
Performs functions by following WMS or Supervisor directed picks in order to fill customer orders. Supports inventory accuracy by verifying transactions in WMS and performing location searches and verifying location status of product.
Works diligently to correctly Pack Customer orders utilizing good judgement while securing the Customer’s orders.
The driver operates a Forklift to move inventory throughout the building according to the task assigned. They use a handheld scanner to record inventory movements and to receive replenishment and other tasks.
Responsible for the coordination of materials, processes and people to ensure our products are delivered on time and cost effectively. This is a customer centric position involving fulfillment center operations, process/quality control, inventory management, talent development and continuous improvement. This position works closely with the Production, Customer Service, and corporate support functions that include but aren’t limited to Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Allocations teams to ensure flawless order fulfillment execution.
General Warehouse I - this team member is responsible for processing various types of merchandise for the Distribution Center by utilizing standard operating procedures. Pick, pack, or store merchandise according to established procedures and/or directed by manager.
General Warehouse II - this team member is responsible for loading and unloading various types of merchandise for the Distribution Center by utilizing standard operating procedures.
Material Handler I - operates an Electric Pallet Truck and/or Tugger (Tow Tracker) to move inventory throughout the building according to the task assigned. Uses a handheld scanner to record inventory movements and to receive replenishment and other tasks.
Material Handler II - operates various pieces of powered equipment including Standing Reach and Order Picker to move inventory throughout the building according to the task assigned. Uses a handheld scanner to record inventory movements and to receive replenishment and other tasks.
The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the overall supervision of the operation for the Distribution Center. Duties include supervising employees as they perform customer and store order fulfillment, replenishments, receiving/put away, inventory management, loading/unloading, damage control and training of proper distribution procedures.
The position is responsible for receiving, put away and replenishment of inventory for the ecommerce operations. This includes direct receipts and transfers from the brick and mortar operations as well as the transfer back to the brick and mortar operations. The position will be responsible for supervising inbound and staging employees and maintaining the dock and storage areas.
The primary purpose of the DC HR Generalist position is to support Human Resources (HR) activities, programs, and policies related to one or more distribution centers (DC). These programs and policies include, but are not limited to recruiting, hiring, compensation, employee relations and engagement, retention, benefits, leave of absence, compliance, employee diversification, performance management, training, and employee communications.
