The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the overall supervision of the operation for the Distribution Center.  Duties include supervising employees as they perform customer and store order fulfillment, replenishments, receiving/put away, inventory management, loading/unloading, damage control and training of proper distribution procedures.

This role is intended to support the succession planning efforts and company growth and the expectation is that that the Senior Assistant will be willing, ready and able to assume the role of a Store Manager within a 12 month timeframe should one become available.
