Overview

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales growth, and overall profitability of a base store location and your assigned portfolio of multi-branded retail location(s). This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic decision-making to drive long-term success and sustainability across all locations. Key responsibilities include building and leading high-performing teams, optimizing store performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, values, and business objectives. Demonstrates a strong ability to balance tactical execution with big-picture thinking, fostering a results-driven culture while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing retail leadership across a multi-brand retail organization.
  • Define clear performance goals and accountability standards across teams to drive consistency and

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and implement individual development plans

Customer Experience & Brand Focus

  • Drive cohesive brand experiences and elevate customer interactions throughout a multi-brand
  • Champion exceptional customer service and ensure a customer-first culture across all
  • Effectively manage escalated customer issues to drive satisfaction and loyalty across all
  • Maintain consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand standards across all brands within the organization

Business Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Execute multi-brand strategies that deliver sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer
  • Oversee end-to-end retail operations, ensuring excellence in sales, visual standards, and inventory while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
  • Leverage P&L reports, sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement strategies that enhance store(s) profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management including multi-unit retail
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and financial
  • Excellent leadership, team development, and interpersonal
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of growing sales and profitability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to stoop, bend, push and pull, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, reports and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel to store locations and company meetings.
