Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales growth, and overall profitability of a base store location and your assigned portfolio of multi-branded retail location(s). This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic decision-making to drive long-term success and sustainability across all locations. Key responsibilities include building and leading high-performing teams, optimizing store performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, values, and business objectives. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing retail leadership across a multi-brand retail organization.

• Oversee end-to-end retail operations, ensuring excellence in sales, visual standards, and inventory while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
• Leverage P&L reports, sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement strategies that enhance store(s) profitability.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in retail management including multi-unit retail
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and financial
