The position is responsible for receiving, put away and replenishment of inventory for the ecommerce operations.  This includes direct receipts and transfers from the brick and mortar operations as well as the transfer back to the brick and mortar operations.  The position will be responsible for supervising inbound and staging employees and maintaining the dock and storage areas.


  • Supervise and train the employees involved in the tasks of replenishment and put away processes.
  • Coordinate with DC operations on the transfers of in store pick up items to the DC to match up with the outbound schedules.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the entire dock and storage areas.
  • Monitor and supervise productivity in the inventory movement processes to ensure proper labor controls and safe equipment operations.
  • Work with the Ecommerce staff to meet the needs of the business to ensure timely order picking and customer satisfaction.
  • Control and maintain the accurate movement of inventory and overall inventory control in the storage and dock areas.
  • Control the damage of product by training and monitoring proper storage, stacking and loading procedures.
  • Have an overall knowledge of the picking, packing and wave procedures to assist when needed in those areas.
  • Assist in the management on weekend and evening shift.
  • Assist in other areas of the Ecommerce areas as needed.


  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • College degree preferred but high school graduate with experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of distribution operations.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong personal productivity and good leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to work under time lines and schedules.
  • Ability to multitask and direct several teams at the same time.
  • Ability to build team work within the crew.
  • WMS knowledge and skill.
  • Ability to be stand and work on concrete floor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work extended work hours during peak weeks.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material moving equipment.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. on a regular basis
